Yeeting an item
[/box] Yeeting something into the rift has a high chance of returning another item to you. On occasion, it seems throwing things into the Rift will result in you falling in. The item pool seems to be made up of retired items at this time.example items from the item pool
There are also several new items obtainable from the Rift:

*Anything with these keywords, and from the respective item lines, will work. Coffee Mugs will not work.

Doesn't give you the Comedian achievement. Doesn't give you Schismi. Doesn't give you Creepy Rictus. Doesn't give you the Comedian achievement. Cash Shop items aren't treated differently by the Rift.

Yeeting a pet
[/box]For 48 hours your pets ownership will transfer to the Rift. You will lose all access to them, including battling access. Your pet will return transformed into a Riftborn pet.
See this topic for more details, as some species have specialized Rift appearances.
If your pet is not one of the designated species, they will randomly become either Common RA-001 or Common RA-002.

I think those are just quest shop items that will be released later today. Usually some quest shop items relating to the monthly collection are released near the end of the month.

I still hope we are getting a new rift-themed pet color one day, everything about rift stuff just rocks, from the color scheme to those teeth.

I would love it if this were a new rift based challenger. But it’s likely just a bunch of unreleased quest items. But I suppose one can dream.

I saw these last night, but I forgot about the quest shop in my sleep state. That probably makes the most sense for where they'll go.
If it was a new challenger, they should have the Challenger Loot rarity instead of Game Prize.
Hmm, interesting. Seems like some sort of new game thing then, I doubt it's like a full plot or anything.
I hope it's something that will stick around even after Masquerade, so we have time to get all of the new things.
I'm thinking it's probably gonna be something like the Peka Park Food Fest? Instead of throwing items into a giant cupcake mixer we're throwing items into the rift instead :o.
Maybe so. From the achievements, it looks like we'll have the option to throw items or sP into it, so I guess we'll see what's up once the news post comes and it's activated.
